Application of partial costectomy and costophrenic angle closure to supplement high intensity focused ultrasound treatment for liver tumor 肋骨部分切除肋膈角闭合术在肝脏肿瘤高强度聚焦超声治疗中的应用
The dogs of experiment group undergoing simulative partial costectomy and costophrenic angle closure were continuously exposed to HIFU with 0.8 MHz waves, 120 mm focal distance, fixed-point exposure, and 220 W sound power for 90 seconds. The liver damage area were measured and observed pathologically. 以0.8MHz、焦距120mm、定点点打、声功率220W连续照射两组实验犬肝右叶90s,对肝毁损灶进行面积和体积测定及病理学检查。
26 cases ( 72.2%) had abnormal chest radiographic films, which included increased and/ or disordered lung marking, densed hilar shadows, butterfly shadows, spot and cloud shadows in lung fields, obscure or obliteration of the costophrenic angle. 26例(72.2%)胸片异常,表现为肺纹理增多紊乱、肺门阴影增浓、以肺门为中心向外扩散的蝶形阴影、肺部片状模糊阴影、肋膈角模糊或消失。
